Well...
i have more info about my situation.
A) I can do the scan only with FIN, Xmas or Null scan of Nmap in order to
identify the ports open
B) i can scan maximum 14 ports each time, otherwise everything is seems
closed. among the 14, i can specify whatever port that i want and it will be
always open
C) no option selected in the panel "general option" because otherwise i do
not obtain ports open

which kind of host is? is it a firewall?
what can give me all the ports open but permit me to scan only 14 at each
time?

Thanks for your help!

regards,
Francesco S.
