Are the pages blank? If yes, try using the SYN scanner instead of the
TCP scanner. If this works, I'm afraid I cannot propose a better
solution.

The nessus report you got on this IP may help us.

Using nmap against printers is not a good idea.
Does this printer answers to SNMP, by the way?
