Are you asking if it is normal for Nessus 3.2 to take 5 hours to scan 70 hosts (30 of which are alive)? I would actually say that this is rather long, and might be indicative of one or more of the machines having firewalls or other mechanisms to slow down the scan. The network connection from the Nessus server to the scanned hosts would also affect this.
