Hi. I have [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ uname -a FreeBSD kv_bsd 6.3-STABLE FreeBSD 6.3-STABLE #0: Wed May 7 19:40:55 PDT 2008 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386 [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$

I guess a mistake was doing the /usr/port/security/nessus port before the plugins port. Currently, when I start up my computer 20K+ plugins install, and it sort of takes a while, with some not found errors that I thought would show up in dmesg, but no such luck. I know that previously I had nessus 3.2 which I guess is the most current version. I am a little afraid to futz with things, because I have to at least learn how to make this GUI work, but I was wondering if someone could help me get current and fix these boot up errors. Will boot up always take this long even if the errors get fixed? I think it was a bit quicker when I think I had nessus 3.2 (with no GUI) Thanks in advance. *----------------------------------------------------------* Kayven Riese, BSCS, MS (Physiology and Biophysics) (415) 902 5513 cellular http://kayve.net Webmaster http://ChessYoga.org *----------------------------------------------------------* _______________________________________________ Nessus mailing list [email protected] http://mail.nessus.org/mailman/listinfo/nessus
