If you have not seen the videos on nessus.org, http://www.nessus.org/demos/, they are not formal training, but they do show a good deal of the functionality of Nessus. Also, there are more Nessus videos at http://www.theacademy.ca/. Some of these I helped do, but others were community contributed. You need to register to see them there, but it is free.
