Wait, the problem isn't best practice, its semantics.  He is referring  
to Linux, specifically RHEL4.  The following is not meant to be snarky  
or to echo any sort of OS war, but it is very much the case:  Redhat  
is barely Linux in the first place, and is certainly not Unix at all.
