Where do you get this message? In a log, in a GUI, .etc

When you finish a scan, there is a plugin (#19506) that lets
you see when the plugins were updated. If this is where you are
seeing the 'plugin feed' date issue, then your plugins indeed
are not being updated. Perhaps you are not using Nessus 3 or maybe
a Nessus 2 that came with a UNIX install that didn't have all of
the plugins from Tenable.

If you read the Nessus Client 3.2 Guide, on page 25-26 there is information
abotu thorough tests and experimental scripts.

If you client on the 'Advanced Tab' of the Nessus Client 3.2 interface,
you will see these options as well.
