Hello everybody, I am currently trying to check my root server's security with nessus and am facing a problem. I installed nessus on my Windows mashine and am yet able to scan computers inside my network.
Now I was trying to scan my root server in the internet and did not get any report. It starts scanning stops after some seconds and thats it. My Nessus server on the Windows mashine is behind my router that does NAT für my network. Is there a problem with using NessusServer being natted? Or is there any other issue in thes constallation that I am not seeing?
