Hi Bob,

When you purchased the feed and activated your Nessus scanner, these emails
also contained information on setting up your account on the Tenable Support
Portal.

As a customer, you can always email [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If someone else in your organization (such as procurement) set up your
subscription, they may have not passed the login information to the portal
to you.
