and I started building my scanning templates.  Today when I went to verify
the updates had occurred, I had that error.  
 
Ok. It could be that its a problem from our side. Could you please try
re-registering your scanner. For this, you will have to log into our support
portal, reset the code and re-register the scanner.

You can also, if you want, open a ticket with our support team, and they
should be able to take care of this issue.
