I run .nbe output through an emacs macro to produce a csv file with just machine name, plugin number and a short description. This makes a to-do list of things to fix. I'm scanning only Windows machines that are mostly up-to-date, so the list of short descriptions I have to maintain is less than 1% of the total plugin count.
