I had a similar case of data shifting one column. this according to Bieri is a
bug but it seems it has not been worked on. the best you can is import your
data from tab delimited text files. its much easier like that. data set 1
should contain your reference and the rest of the cpmgs as data set 2....
you can import as a group too as this is very easy in Nessy. Try version 11
before going to version 12 as the latest versionĀ  cannot perform and finish
cluster analysis.

Subject: [Nessy-users] Data import/output

Hello,

I am new to using Nessy and have a few questions. I am currently running the
windows version (on windows xp sp3). At the moment I have one CPMG dataset at
800 MHz with a reference plane and then pulsing frequencies of 25, 50, 75, 100,
125, 150, 175, 200, 250, 325, 400, 500, 625, 750, 1000 Hz. I'm not sure
however, whether Nessy is expecting reference data in this form or from an
experiment with no CT decay period, i.e. just a standard TROSY-HSQC.

I tried to set up the data in the experiment tab, but there were no options for
choosing for example ccpn peak lists - I'm not sure if this is an issue with
the windows version, but I had to rearrange the data in excel and copy in as
nessy couldn't understand the ccpn file, so I'm not entirely sure if I got the
format right.

On performing the analysis the data in the R2eff tab (under summary) is all
shifted one column to the right; thus, there is no input for 0 Hz and 25 Hz and
the data spills over the end into an unlabelled column. I have attached some
screenshots of this. I assume this is related to issues with Nessy reading the
way I have loaded the data.

Maybe I have misunderstood the data format required but would appreciate any
suggestions. I have tried to look at the tuotrial but get the error 'The
requested URL /nessy/download.html/tutorial.zip was not found on this server.'

Thanks,

Mark
