I have to question about
the running data in nessy software. Previously I have run two series
of CPMG data (700 and 800 MHz) but the the global fitting is too bad
for some residues, But if I run independently both fields, the
fitting is good. Do you have an explanation to this behavior?
On the other hand, I can't
find any explanation of why nessy gives a pb values of 0.29999999 for
some residues? What does it mean?
