The StressDirListings has been observed failing in timeout in the CI once. The test actually passed but the timeout occurred in the test harness - presumably at around the same time. It was suggested that maybe the test timeout could be extended beyond the usual default 120s. This change proposes to extend the timeout to 180s. It also adds some more timestamps based on System.nanoTime() so that we can better figure out where the time was being consumed if the test fails again in the future.
