Ashay Rane has updated the pull request incrementally with one additional 
commit since the last revision:

  Explicitly name the passing platforms
  
  Instead of naming all the platforms on which this test is expected to
  fail and having to update it as new versions of Windows are released,
  this patch lists the (bounded) set of platform names on which we expect
  this test to pass.
