Nope. Not yet.
That's actually one of the patches that I'm very unsure about applying.
The 4.2.x line is basically dead, and this feels a bit too significant
a change to count as a simple "bug-fix".
I'm inclined to say that if you want to use the current OpenSSL,
then you should be using the Net-SNMP v5 line.
