Yes, I should have specified that it is the main branch. Are the
config_require macros even supposed to be making it into the headers?

Is that with the main branch? I had no problems with 5.1.2pre3 last night on MinGW. A make test passed 43/44 tests. The one that failed had to do with sending the agent a signal, which is probably not even available on Windows so I'm not worried about it.
