It's a little difficult to tell without ploughing through the whole
of that output, but both the SegFault that Mike's spotted, and the
linking errors at the end seem to relate to embedded perl within the
agent.
Can you please try configuring without this feature, to see if
that works any better?
The configure warnings are a known problem for FreeBSD, but don't
seem to affect the resulting setup. We do need to deal with this,
but it's not something you need to worry about. The embedded perl
problems look more serious.
