No, there is not a patch associated with every change. But, as Dave indicated, 
you can see the diff in cvs.

The fix for AgentX set memory leaks hasn't gone in yet. There is a proposed patch that 
is under review. A fix will be in 5.2.0, and there will probably be an 'official 
patch' for 5.1.2.
