Hi, All.  There are other systems that exhibit this problem.
Note, that it is a WARNING, and as Dave says,
the WARNINGs do not prevent building the Net-SNMP binaries.

There are multiple bug reports that indicate the configure
warning.  To see them, go to the "Bugs" URL and search for
"prequisite".
