SNMPv3 destinations can be configured using the directive
'trapsess'. See the 'snmpd.conf(5)' man page for details.
Basically, if you play about with "snmptrap" until you find a (v3)
command that works (with no "snmp.conf" settings).
Then replace "snmptrap" with "trapsess", drop the trap varbinds,
and that's what you need to put in the snmpd.conf file.
