there are still issues regarding the Net-SNMP license (COPYING):
1) COPYING in CVS HEAD should say "6 separate parts" instead of "5 separate parts" in first sentence.
2) http://www.net-snmp.org/COPYING.txt should finally be replaced with the version from 5.1.2 release.
