I don't know, Robert. It looks more like EXAMPLE.conf, just different.
I suspect you are right -- that file was probably not generated by
snmpconf originally, or even recently.

What WOULD be really cool is a library of configurations for specific uses.

Think of it as clip art, but for Net-SNMP %^)
