With a recently applied patch, the library can now better support
TCP-IPv6 connections.
There are some additional benefits which might be had if the following
patch were also applied :
[ 1040431 ] transport addrs not consistent
1. Each of UDP, UDP/IPv6, TCP, and TCP/IPv6 transports would
format their addresses using:
<transport>:[address]:<port number>
2. The connection log would restore the transport name and
port binding which have been absent for a time.
3. The other transports (AAL5PVC, Callback, Unix) would not be
invited to participate in the tcp_wrapper access checks.
