Did you not get my last response in the previous thread, with a patch to
mibII/interfaces.h to not require the interface data access stuff? I'm pretty
sure it isn't used on windows, so it needn't be pulled in.

Apply patch, run autoconf, and re-configure. It shouldn't pull in the
if-mib/data_access modules at all.  Email me back if it does. Better yet, stop
by the IRC channel, as we are running out of time before 5.2.rc2.
