I run build.bat again after commenting out HAVE_SOCKLEN_T, and disabling
SDK support, and now I get this error:

The answer to all questions is Yes! And I am using C++ 6.0.

It does not report anything back when you register or unregister. That
would make too much sense.
To see if it has registered, do this:
-Open up Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
-Click Tools - Options
-Click Directories
Do you see 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\include' listed?
If you are not using C++ 6.0, then the menu option may have moved. What
version are you using? Also, are you using the Feb 2003 SDK?
