Ok, the "No such file" message is what looks like the old problem, and I 
haven't seen any complaints about it lately. I just noticed the "error 
opening specified endpoint" message, which means that another application had 
port 161 open. Are you running the windows snmp agent? If so, you'll need to 
stop it before you can run another master agent.

I also just noticed you are trying to run the tutorial daemon. Have you tried 
the reguar daemon, snmpd?  Does it work?
