Wes' idea would still work for you, as the old api does have a higher level wrapper using the new api. FT> Even using a table handler, if I need these information in the subagent FT> (not master agent), it may still a problem. That is definitely a problem. That information is not passed to sub-agents, and any method of doing so would be proprietary. In other words, you'd have to patch the master agent, and it wouldn't be a patch that would be accepted into the base code. -- Robert Story; NET-SNMP Junkie <http://www.net-snmp.org/> <irc://irc.freenode.net/#net-snmp> Archive: <http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=net-snmp-coders> You are lost in a twisty maze of little standards, all different. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: InterSystems CACHE FREE OODBMS DOWNLOAD - A multidimensional database that combines robust object and relational technologies, making it a perfect match for Java, C++,COM, XML, ODBC and JDBC. www.intersystems.com/match8 _______________________________________________ Net-snmp-coders mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/net-snmp-coders
