As a tutorial example, when I specify createUser with both MD5 and DES in snmptrapd.conf and send trap with authNoPriv, I can receive a trap. I assume if I specify both authProtocol (MD5) and privProtocol (DES) in snmptrapd.conf for an user, only securityLevel authPriv trap can be received. Why authNoPriv trap also can be received? Is engineID enough for SNMPv3 trap? Querying SNMPv3 agent data seems need to match between createUser auth/priv and securityLevel for snmpget/snmpwalk.
