You need to specify an index that matches the INDEX clause for the table in the 
MIB.  Since this is an enterprise MIB, I have no idea what the INDEX clause is, 
and hence I have no idea what you should be specifying as an index!
If you want to share part of the MIB, we may be able to give a bit more help.

because your table is indexed by an octet string?
at least, that's what you indicated to the helper:
        netsnmp_table_helper_add_indexes(table_info, ASN_OCTET_STR, 0);
