Don't remember the original request, sorry.

It definitely doesn't though.

Harrie suggested a long time ago that we need a
netsnmp_session_update() function that will do re-probing and re-key
calculations and stuff.  It hasn't ever been written though.
Currently you need to open a new session instead.
