I downloaded the net-snmp-5.1.2-1.win32.exe from the following link:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=12694
and installed on the windows system. 
In my setup I have a target, which is running Linux and netsnmp-5.1.
Here the target image I have build with V6 option and have started snmpd
with udp6:161. To test this target, from the windows system I am issuing the
above command.
