Yes you can, you just have to set up community name to context mapping. See
http://www.freesnmp.com/net-snmp/faqs/#multidev
(it talks about multiple devices, but applies to multiple MIBs/contexts as
well).

This is true for v3, but when using v1 or v2c, the context mapping must be set
up.
