Robert,
I've just been browsing through the recent changes
to the Net-SNMP source and spotted a series of commits
that have been applied to the snmplib/check_varbind.c file.
I'm not sure I understand what these are meant to achieve.

In particular, you seem to have introduced a new routine
netsnmp_check_vb_range() which is basically a duplicate
of the previously netsnmp_check_vb_int_range() but without
a check that the value actually is an integer.
What's the purpose of this new routine?

I'm also not clear about the latest change to agent/snmp_vars.c
Why shouldn't the agent modules be initialised when running as
a subagent? Since these include stuff like 'init_agentx_config()',
I'd have thought this was necessary in order to handle the config
file correctly?
   What have I missed?

Dave
