Hmmm....  It hadn't occurred to me that the tools weren't
loading this MIB at all.  I'd assumed that they were
simply picking up an old version.

Robert - is there any reason why 'ip-forward-mib.h'
shouldn't add the IP-FORWARD-MIB to the default list
of MIBs to load?
