I'm sorry if I've been pushing you too hard on this
issue, Robert.  I know how frustrating it can be when
you're trying to explain something that seems so obviously
right, and the person you're explaining it to just doesn't

As usual, I've been coming to this having worked on That
Bloody Book.  That's probably part of the reason why I've
been so reluctant to combine table_data2 and table_container.
One of the exercises that I did was to look at each of the
table helpers, and work out how to implement my standard test
table using that helper.

I don't *think* that my opposition is down to a reluctance
to re-write this particular section (since I'm likely to do
that two or three times more anyway!).  But I can't honestly
rule that out.  I probably need to sit down and take a good
long look at the two relevant examples - one based on the current
table_container helper (illustrated by the mib2c.container.conf
template), and one based on table_data.
