Yes, I did reboot my Windows box, but that did not
help if I use the default port of 162, but when I use
your suggested port 5555, it could start the trap
daemon.

I did not use snmptrap to send the trap, I am using my
own SNMP server application for our product.
I placed the custom MIBs in the snmp\share\mibs
directory, is there anything else I need to do besides
that?
