Patches should be submitted to the patches database. That way, if nobody has
time to apply it when you send it to the list, it won't get lost.
I've been hoping that no-brainers could go in immediately, but no problem: I
just submitted patch #1206982:

as a repository for no-brainers (more to follow). Hopefully, when someone finds
the time to deal with them, they can go in all at once.
