You should probably read rfc2667 which defines the Tunnel mib and
probably will offer you a lot of information.

This is very implementation dependent.  If you're writing code for the
tunnel agent on your device, you'll have to figure it out on your
own.  If you're expecting our implementation to report when a tunnel
is using IPsec, I'm afraid ours won't support that.
