I have now populated the first index also . But still it is giving the same result. running snmpwalk on that node is giving "Timeout: No Response from localhost "

You can't do that.
If you've registered the table as having two indexes,
then that's what the iterator helper is expecting.
You've got to supply *both* index values (even
if one of them is a fixed dummy value).

I find it unlikely that it would work properly
as it stands.
