In which case, I'd suggest reverting to the previous
(non-delegated) version of the handler routine.
I see you've got a routine 'construct_cpu_table()'
to build up your linked list of wsCpuEntries.
It's this routine that you need to put under the
control of snmp_alarm_register() or similar.
As far as the handler is concerned, it'll just
work with whatever information was last loaded.
It doesn't need to be concerned about "delegated"
requests, or anything like that.
