I actually fixed this on Thursday for 5.1.3.  I assume they are compiling
without the Windows Platform SDK, which is why they removed the
HAVE_SOCKLEN_T define.  They should be able to compile without any changes
for 5.1.3.

The fix was a applied to 5.2 and main a long time ago.  I didn't realize
at the time that it was needed for 5.1.x.
