Yes. > Do we need to update any Net-SNMP config files? No. You may need to run 'snmptrap -m PROPRIETRY-MIB ....' if you want to use the name of the enterprise or trap rather than the OID. Or a suitable "mibs" directive in $HOME/.snmp/snmp.conf would have the same effect. But you don't *need* either of these - the trap command will be quite happy working with numeric OIDs.
