Hoi,
I'm looking for a means to start logging system temperatures, fanspeeds, etc.
The way I was going about:
mbmon generates the required data
access that through 'pass MIBOID mbmon2snmp'
But I have a few questions:
1) Is there another easy way to get at system temps, ...
2a) Is there a MIB that has system temp in its specs?
2b) Using the method described, how do I choose a sensible OID
such that is does not clash with already used ones
