make perl error on winxp , need your help! thx

hi all,
glad to see u! i'm new here.
i have finished building win32.dsw and libsdll.dsw in \win32,and then use \win32\nmakeperl.bat to make perl modules,the error came as:
"Nmake : fatal error U1077:'link':return code '0x460',stop.
Nmake : fatal error U1077:'cd':return code '0x2',stop"

the error output in file nmake.out shows that:

i didn't found the symbols the errors tell in lib sourse files,and i have no idea now .....

softwares i use are: MSVC 6.0 ,activeperl 5.8.6
