I've updated the FAQ section "What operating systems does it run on?" in
CVS a bit and would appreciate more people contributing updates, e.g.
for Win32 (Alex?), Solaris 10 (Bruce?), MacOS X and *BSD.
Shall we also update FAQ.html on the website (and win32/dist/htmlhelp)
afterwards?
