net-snmp in 64-bit

Hello all,   I have configured and made MIB module in net-snmp 5.2 in 64 bit OS. After that when I tried to run snmpd executable it shows "Error in opening file snmpd.conf. No such file or directory". But when I checked it the file was already there. Please help.   Regards,   Toby
