Well, as I was developing this code, I tried to put in user hooks everywhere I
thought they might be useful. This particular hook may not actually be all
that useful. It is called after the container_init(), so in theory could be
where a database resource is opened, or connection to another process is
established (as opposed to doing either of those every time in the
cache/container load).
