Is this in the release tarballs, or the nightly? They shouldn't be in the
release tarballs, they might be in the nightly tarballs, which are built in an
entirely different way.
Release tarballs, unfortunately:
foo# tar ztf net-snmp-5.2.1.tar.gz | grep cvsignore | wc -l
90
