In my opinion, using the URL is the best way to install the SDK, since
this URL has not been subject to change in the last years. And when
following this link, you get pointers to all the other possibilities to
download as well.

Before doing that, it's necessary to know what combinations work, since
Microsoft does not support Visual Studio 6.0 anymore.
